Refund Policy

Our Position

OBS is professional digital software delivered as a license key and downloadable installer. Because the software is delivered digitally and the license cannot be "returned," all sales are generally final once a license key has been issued.

We are committed to delivering software that works as described. If OBS does not perform as expected on a supported system, we will resolve the issue or — where resolution is not possible — issue a full refund.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

• Technical failure: OBS fails to install or launch on a supported operating system (Windows 10/11, macOS 13+) and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 10 business days.
• Accidental duplicate purchase: You are charged twice for the same license tier. Contact us within 7 days and we will reverse the duplicate charge immediately.

Non-Eligible Refund Scenarios

• Change of mind or decision not to use the software
• Software purchased on an unsupported operating system or hardware configuration
• Dissatisfaction with features that are clearly documented in our feature list
• Requests made more than 14 days after the purchase date
• Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@obsproject.pro within 14 days of your purchase date with:

• Your full name and the email address used for purchase
• Your order number or license key
• A description of the issue or reason for your request

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

Enterprise Plans

Refund terms for Enterprise contracts are governed by the individual contract. Contact your account manager for details.
